[pkg-squid-devel] squid uploads needed ASAP

The git master branch now contains three additional changes since the -3
upload.

All changes are explicitly for issues at RC-level of serious (though not
all have Debian bug reports):

* sarg not being told logs rotated daily, so producing seriously borked
reports for admin.

  - renders the packaged unusable when installed with sarg (a common setup).

* headless upgrades bugging out if the admin was using a Squid-2 install
without customizations.

  - may make the package unusable after a Security Team upload during
stretch, or on upgrade to buster later.

* missing colon in the init file checks leaving admin unaware of fatal
config flaws.

  - may render the packaged software unusable on any upgrade.

Can someone please get the upload process and release team approval
underway for those before stretch happens?

Cheers

Amos
