[pkg-squid-devel] squid uploads needed ASAP

I have found another problem, in a setup coming from jessie with a modified
config the config file is preserved, but the configuration that is used on
squid is the default one, not the modified one.

I hadn't found this case because I was not running an apt-get update but an
apt-get install and thus the order was different.

Today I found this when doing a real test on a production machine at work
:-) and found that squid ended up rejecting the clients because it was
running the default config, while the file on disk was the old one.

I'm testing an squid3 postinst that will do an invoke-rc.d squid reload

Does this seem ok?
