[pkg-squid-devel] squid-langpack updates

Hi,
  I have updated the squid-langpack repository to latest upstream 
tarball and fixed some of the lintian and Multi-Arch hinter issues.

The lintian issue about debhelper compat level still needs to be fixed. 
I'm pretty sure it passes v8 requirements with no changes needed.

At debhelper v9 the item:
"
dh is aware of the usual dependencies between targets in debian/rules. 
So, "dh binary" will run any build, build-arch, build-indep, install, 
etc targets that exist in the rules file. There's no need to define an 
explicit binary target with explicit dependencies on the other targets.
"

... seems to mean the custom targets in debian/rules can be deleted, but 
I'm not sure of that.
