Do you have any guidance on what to do about this Luigi?

>From looking at the debhelper docs I get the impression we should
probably use dh_installdeb to create a debian/squid.service file from
the non-installed upstream .service and let dh_installsystemd do its
thing after that instead of trying to install the .service directly in
the rules install/squid:: target.
 NO idea if that would actually work though.
