subversion 1.2.1 packages with neon 0.25.3

Hi all,

Every beginning is hard. :-) But yes, SVN 1.2.1 packages are ready to
test if you have a machine where you can try it (they are for
experimental, due to neon 0.25.3 is being there only with big API
changes). I haven't uploaded it yet, so it is available from
http://www.barcikacomp.hu/svn/ for some days. The changes and
dsc files are signed by me, just to be sure that they are coming
from me.
I would like to upload them this week if no one objects against it.
