 You are correct anyway. I just had two decision points:
1) It is a _test version_ for the new neon API, _targeting experimental
only_;
2) That time only David was around and wrote me that he is fine with the
experimental upload, ie not an 'official' one.

This is why I felt very stupid that I haven't recognised your presence
sooner. Btw, I will commit my changes to the alioth repository soon; as
well upload the packages to experimental only.
