mod_dav_svn and mod_authz_svn are loaded by a single .load file. Do
you think it would ever be useful to enable one but not both? If you
can give a good reason, I'll consider changing it.

BTW, you should probably upgrade subversion at some point. The current
release in unstable is 1.2.3 (1.1.4 is from debian stable).
