Well, i have the feeling that this may be RC, but this near the release i let
it upto you. Please up the severity post-sarge if this is not fixed then.

We just lost a couple of local modifications (a half week of work, if the user
didn't believe in making 'cp' backups :), through the following method.

We had two branches in the repo, let's call them A and B. In these branches,
we had a directory c.

User D was working on branch A, and had local modifications there. User E
(me), did some reorganisation on branch B, which included moving directory c
to another place, creating the directory f. Then user E copied the A branch
out of the way to A-old, and copied branch B to branch A.

user D, which had the local modification in dir c, did an svn up, and all of
dir c, including the local modifications got erased.

I will not do this mistake again, and maybe it is a feature, but i don't think
so, not sure though.
