There's a reason for this, and I agree with upstream.  'revert' is
different from almost all other svn commands in that it intentionally
loses data, the changes you have made to your working copy.  You
*should* be required to specify which data you want to throw away.

I'll close this bug unless you have a stronger argument than the one
you stated above.
