Policy regarding additional tools?

There are currently 4 severity=wishlist,tags=patch bugs, all concerned
with suggesting the packaging of some kind of additional script, not
shipped in the upstream Subversion tarball.


At a guess, you probably don't want to bother packaging additional
scripts from other sources, at least, not within the subversion source
package itself.

If this guess it correct, all 4 severity=wishlist,tags=patch bugs can be
closed with a simple "Sorry, we only package what is shipped in the
subversion tarball, please take your suggestion upstream" note.
