Yes, thanks, Max!  The research you do and information you provide for
managing debian bugs are much appreciated.  (I was going to thank you a
few hours ago, but didn't have time, so fatalerror somehow thought of
the same thing and beat me to it.)

As for NNNN at bugs.debian.org not being CC'd to the submitter (and
NNNN-submitter not being sent to anyone else - they are disjoint), I've
argued before that this is a poor default, but it probably won't be
changed any time soon.
