	Hello,

The IPv6 support in version 1.2.0 is flawed.
If an hosts without IPv6 connectivity tries to reach an svnserve
with both IPv6 and IPv4, svn fails with "No route to host", which is
wrong.

When IPv6 fails, svn should fallback to IPv4 as getaddrinfo-based
applications do.

The bug seems to have been fixed by a change in the Apache runtine.=20
subversion 1.2.3a handles the problematic situation correctly.
