Bug#329871: subversion: The filename in $Id$ keyword should be unescaped

That was fixed in upstream revision 15073.
The forthcoming Subversion 1.3.0 will include the fix.

However, this caused a new problem: the keyword is now always
expanded as UTF-8, even if the rest of the file uses a different
encoding.
