Yes, I noticed. I've wanted to move away from kaffe for a long time.
Several months ago both Adam Conrad and Adam Heath offered to help
migrate subversion to something that actually works on most platforms,
such as gcj, but I haven't heard from either of them since.
My own java knowledge is extremely limited, and when I went to install
java-gcj-compat-dev on my machine, I didn't have enough space. (It
wanted about 70 MB.) So, I haven't succeeded yet.
If you have a working patch to use java-gcj-compat-dev, that would be
great. s390 is only the latest in a long line of platforms on which we
can't use kaffe.
