 Already known and fixed; only due to a binary package rename 1.3.0-2 is
hold in the NEW queue. Hope it will be allowed soon by ftp-masters.
Side-note: please don't file similar bugreports on dependant packages
like rapidsvn; they also know this transition, just wait on SVN 1.3.0-2
as they also need that as build-dependency.
