That is the plan, yes, to build the next upload with libneon26-dev.
We don't want to disturb the apache2.2 -> etch transition, which will
happen in a few days, so we can't actually do another upload (except
perhaps to experimental, but I don't know if that's worth the bother)
until after that. We'll have to see if we can get an upload in after
the apache 2.2 transition and still 10 days before the etch freeze. It
may or may not happen.

neon has test cases that fail, or subversion does? I haven't observed
any neon-related failures in subversion at all, with 0.25 or 0.26. I'm
a bit confused here.
