Well, specifically an apr bug, but since libapr0 is currently built
from the apache2 source, you're correct.

I don't think anyone has tested the Debian build to see if ia64
succeeds now.  But I notified the apache2 maintainers a few days ago,
and Tollef indicated that he would apply the fix for the next Debian
release of apache2.  What we don't know yet is whether this release
will be 2.0.59 or 2.2.3 (which does not need the fix).
