Bug#436423: subversion: svn export with arobase "@" in filename

Yeah, this is known.  You can work around it:

  svn export test at error@HEAD ~/tmp/test-error

I don't think this is a bug; it is expected consequence of a feature
(the @ syntax for peg revisions).
