  * New upstream release.
    - Re-roll upstream tarball to remove some unlicensed files from the
      "contrib" directory. Update debian/copyright regarding other files
      in "contrib".  (Closes: #394395)

In hindsight, I should have mentioned that svn_load_dirs was one of the
unlicensed files. I contacted the upstream author (Blair Zajac) back
in November, he said it's probably owned by his former employer and
he'd check with them. I pinged him once or twice since then, no news.

The script is a few thousand lines of perl, so I wasn't really inclined
to rewrite it, but I'll be happy to look at anyone else's attempt to do
so.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Peter
