Well, in fact php5 alone implies the ORed dependency. Let it as it is
if you feel that the complete OR is more correct, of course. In more
than one revision of my packages, DDs have warned me about this,
finally they advised me to leave php5 alone. Anyway, if they have
something to say about the status of your package, they'll tell you
:). Let's hope that your package gets reviewed soon! ;)

One DD offered to join this team, he must be too busy right now. In my
experience (not very long, i've been maintaining packages since mid
2009), finding an sponsor can be hard. One strategy that has worked
for me sometimes is pinging the debian-mentors list once a week,
stating in the mail subject the number of times that you have tried it
(e.g '2nd try', '3rd try', ...)
You could also try to ask in the php-maintainers list.
