Hi, 

can you re-create from scratch the git phing repository. I will work with a clean tree with only three branches : master (debian), upstream and pristine-tar.

Can you also create swift repository.

Of course, it would be great. You could also keep trying to get phing
sponsorized. I think that propel depends on phing, John can tell more
on this, you both could coordinate to test the packages working
together.
