Bad news: Unicode::Linebreak contains a C library.  It should not use 
the one included, but instead link against the system shared library - 
but problem is that liblinebreak is in too poor shape atm.

See bug#616540, and please help figure out if the maintainer is perhaps 
MIA and/or if we should perhaps consult the security team to try speed 
up processing of getting the library updated.

I can offer to do the actual packaging tasks, if it needs a new 
caretaker, but I am lousy at "pulling strings": discussing with various 
parties to figure out what to do and when to do it.  So I would 
appreciate some help with that.
