[Pkg-sympa-devel] Bug#644827: sympa: New upstream release

Hi,

Three new upstream bugfix releases have happened since 6.1.4 was uploaded
to Debian. It would be nice if these could be uploaded to Debian aswell.

A new upload would have the added advantage that sympa is then built with
the security hardening build flags.
