[Pkg-sympa-devel] Bug#737621: Bug#737621: sympa uses /bis/sh which causes errors on upgrading

Hi Jonas,

today there was an update on sympa, so I was able to reproduce the error I
described:

dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/sympa.conf
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password
Not configuring Web server.
-su: 11: /etc/bash.bashrc: shopt: not found
-su: 54: /etc/bash.bashrc: Syntax error: "}" unexpected (expecting "fi")
dpkg: error processing sympa (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 sympa

And this can be fixed by using the patch I provided.
