This package FTBFS with perl 5.22 (currently in experimental) since
it depends on perl-modules, contrary to the package description, and
this package is gone in perl 5.22.

I recommend the following changes to Build-Depends/Depends:

Drop

perl-modules (>= 5.10) | libcgi-pm-perl (>= 3.35)
perl (>= 5.8)

Add

libcgi-pm-perl | perl (<< 5.19)
perl

Note: libcgi-pm-perl is no longer dual-lived.

This bug will become release critical nearer the time of the perl 5.22
migration, expected during the (northern hemisphere) summer.
