[Pkg-sympa-devel] Bug#799646: wwsympa: wrong fcgi socket owner at boot time

Dear Maintainer,

The sympa-fcgi at boot time doesn't correctly set the socket permission.

srw-r----- 1 sympa sympa 0 Sep 21 08:56 /var/run/sympa/wwsympa.sock

Even if the daemon is up, the webserver (nginx in this case) can't access
the socket and results in:

2015/09/21 09:01:09 [crit] 587#587: *20 connect() to unix:/var/run/sympa/wwsympa.sock failed (13: Permission denied) while connecting to upstream, client: XXXXXX, server: XXXXXX, request: "GET /wws HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/sympa/wwsympa.sock:", host:"XXXXXXX"

Restarting the service (systemctl stop sympa-fcgi && systemclt start sympa-fcgi) seems to work:
