[Pkg-sympa-devel] Bug#839823: Missing List-Unsubscribe header on welcome emails

Users receive a welcome email if you add them as list member in the web administration
of Sympa.

Mail Tester complains about a missing List-Unsubscribe header in this email, which makes
sense in my opinion.
