Bug#369846: I have the color issues, too

Hi Paul or whoever,

I have the same problem: Only purple color. I attached a screenshot of a
newly created project. 

Not sure if it helps, but here is the xdpyinfo-output. I'm using the

I'd really like to give synfig a try, but currently, I can't.
