Including the orig tarball in svn

Hi,

Should we store the upstream (orig) tarball in svn? I currently have a
tarballs directory in etl/trunk, synfig/trunk and synfigstudio/trunk
with the orig tarball. But these are not under version control, so when
moving to a different machine, it's easy to forget to put there stuff
there manually.

Opinions?
