Including the orig tarball in svn

I don't get it, what do you mean by changed files? What I would do would
be this (from the root of the entire repository):

     1. svn mkdir etl/tarballs synfig/tarballs synfigstudio/tarballs
     2. Download upstream's tarballs into each respective directory,
        then rename them to conform with the orig.tar.gz syntax -- for
        example: synfigstudio_0.61.05.orig.tar.gz
     3. svn add */tarballs/*.orig.tar.gz
     4. svn commit

At each new upstream release, repeat steps 2-4.

This eats some space on alioth, but saves some trouble since you can
always check out one subproject (its complete directory, like etl/) and
have things set up to do a build immediately.
