removing synfig from etch?

Heyas,

Looking at the various synfigstudo FTBFS, I think synfig should be
removed from etch and an RC bug filed to keep it out of testing (etl
too). I don't think etch will release with a functional synfig, or
synfigstudio. The problems are:

alpha: Floating point exception
m68k: segfaults
mipsel/powerpc: "Killed" (not sure what that means)
