Removing etl from etch

Hi!
I'm going through Debian stuff that I've touched this year, and synfig
is up.
I noticed etl is still in etch, even though nothing there depends on it.
There was some talk earlier about etl being folded into synfig at some
point. In any case, I think it should be removed from etch since it's so
tightly related to synfig and I don't expect anyone to use it for
anything else, especially in etch.
So, if there are no objections by the end of this working week, I'll
file a blocker bug and ask for removal of etl from etch.
Unless someone beats me to it, of course... ;)
Cheers,
