added Cyril Brulebois (KiBi) to the team

Hi all,

I've added KiBi to the team. He showed some interest in helping with
synfig when we chatted about multimedia/graphics stuff at DebConf7.

Hope no-one minds, but we'll need the help when synfigstudio migrates
to testing :)

We are waiting for the sparc buildd to catch up and for the arm buildd
maintainer to retry studio (I'll request a give-back on -release too).
