(new) give-back for synfig/0.61.07-1

Hi,

since my last request and the requeue some days ago, there was another
FTBFS due to libfontconfig1:
| The following packages have unmet dependencies:
|  libfontconfig1-dev: Depends: libfontconfig1 (= 2.4.2-1.3) but it is
|  not going to be installed

It looks like libfontconfig1/2.4.2-1.4 is now available everywhere
(built yesterday on ia64), so a simple give-back should be sufficient.
