Dear Sir/Madam,

25 years ago I came with my children to live and
work in Holland, when my daughter was born I opened an account for her at what
was then called NatWest Bank, we misplaced her savings book and after a while
forgot about this, of course now and again we've often thought about this
savings account, but gave up on ever getting it back, especially when the branch
was closed down.

However, we have been advised by family and friends
that it is possible to trace these savings, the following details hopefully will
help in tracing this money;

at the time of my daughters birth we were living at

Due to lapse of time etc. I cannot remember if this
account was opened in my daughters name or mine.
