    debian: initscripts postinst: Don't migrate tmpfs settings to fstab
    
    While we support it in case users add fstab entries, this is in
    retrospect probably not the best idea.  It makes updating the
    defaults difficult, since it's now user configuration, and it
    also means "system" mounts need to go into fstab.  Additionally,
    systemd keeps the system mounts separate, as we used to, which
    will make migration more difficult.  We still support user
    configuration using fstab, but we don't migrate to using it
    automatically.
