    initscripts: Fix /dev/shm and /run/shm links in postinst
    
    Comprehensively cater for all upgrade scenarios (combinations of mounts,
    directories and symlinks for /dev, /dev/shm, /run and /run/shm).  Don't
    fail for invalid configurations, but display a warning.  Where possible,
    fix the configuration to be valid.
