    etc/init.d/rc.local: Use only $all
    
    I think that having $all mentioned with other facilities in
    init.d/rc.local makes it harder to understand the semantics of
    $all.  According to my understanding of insserv(8),
    Required-start $all requires that other scripts will run before
    those that Required-start $all.
