    sysv-rc/sysvinit-utils: (Pre-)Depends on init-system-helpers
    
    This should make sure the moved tools (invoke-rc.d, update-rc.d and
    service) are always available.
    
    sysvinit-utils only uses Depends because guaranteeing 'service' always
    being around is probably less critical.
