    Drop sysvinit-utils' versioned Breaks: on initscripts
    
    Revert this part from commit 0dac2bb4. This causes apt to fail upgrades
    because of Breaks/Depends loops on essential packages. Only keep the Replaces:
    for moving vars.sh.
