+stream-engine is capable of doing both audio and video stream. Unfortunately
+Debian doesn't ship any video encoders that are usable for stream-engine. At
+some point in the future stream-engine should be able to use theora or another
+free video codec. Currently if video conferencing is wanted a
+gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg is needed with encoders enabled. The easiest way to do this
