Log:
* Update the changelog to mention the last patches to updmap.
  These will close #392573 and #334747 (the upload of tex-common 0.34 is not
  enough to close them).

* These patches make it necessary to depend on tex-common (>= 0.34), otherwise
  upmdap will use a function debianEditWarnAndShow() that is not defined
  anywhere (only if called with --edit, right).
