[Pkg-texlive-maint] Depends and equivs package

Equivs doesn't help as building a package tetex-5.0 which doesn't
contain any files will still conflict with the texlive packages.

Yes, because I don't provide them. There are too many differences in
packaged files. Maybe later, after some testing.

Furthermore, providing a real package is always a problem.

Anyway, I hope that all this is a temporary problem as all packages in
Debian will sooner or later provide alternative dependencies on texlive.
