texlive changes
* license creation process now uses tpm2licenses from tex-common, but it
  needs a lot of updates I made
  this made necessary quite a few changes
* add support for arbitrary bin-package specific subtrees in addons-per-bin,
  and install omfonts.1 into texlive-omega man directory.
* blacklist trig.dtx and xdoc from fontinst sources
* extend the svn README (not installed) for config file syntax and
  first write up on the build procedure
