[Pkg-texlive-maint] Removed packages during my switch from teTeX to TeX Live

When I switched from teTeX to TeX Live, I had to remove these packages,
because tehy depend on some tetex-packages:

dviutils
pdfscreen
catdvi
dvidvi
fig2ps
itrans-fonts
kile
kile-i18n
latex2rtf
latexmk
mftrace
scalable-cyrfonts-tex
whizzytex

Would you like to file a bugreports about those packages or should I do
it?

P.S: If this goes to some kind of mailing-list, I do not subscribe to
