Can you please tell me:
- which version of tetex was installed prior to this
- which version of jadetex is installed

furthermore the contents of the file
/etc/texmf/fmt.d/40jadetex.cnf (there should be no other file with
jadetex in the filename)

and the output of:
	kpsewhich fmtutil.cnf
and
	grep jade `kpsewhich fmtutil.cnf`
