Log:
texlive: various changes:
- extend test-script to do install-upgrade-remove-install-purge-install test
- fix bugs found by Atsuhito Kohda when switching from teTeX
- blacklist and conflict packages which would interfer
- add a test for switching from tetex
- do *not* move all the files from TEXMFMAIN to TEXMFDIST, this creates 
  too much problems and need a longer planned solution
- (hopefully) be ready for upload to sid and version -2
