Ah, okay, I see.  But it only can be satisfied with a tarball in the
target directory, not in `.'.  However, when I tried to make all sources
and tetex-bin failed, there was already a base tarball  (or I had made
that one manually before with the origtar target), but it had not been
moved to the target directory.  This is what I wanted to catch.

Actually, I didn't plan to do any serious packaging work.  I just wanted
to get the basics running, and wanted to have a source system available
for the license things.
