[Pkg-torrus-general] Torrus debs

Hi,

As a result of some hacking, it is now possible to build torrus debs from 
current svn head, and they even appear to work! If you are interested 
in the bleeding edge stuff, feel free to check it out. Most of the 
documentation is broken or not updated yet, but I'll get there eventually.
Next step is to finish off the items in debian/TODO and make sure that 
everything builds nicely in a chroot. If there are any problems, let me 
know.
