[Pkg-torrus-maintainers] Torrus 1.0.8

Hi,

a customer of us wants proper Torrus 1.0.8 packages as 1.0.6 has some
annoying database lockup problem in case of crashes.

Jurij: Would you mind if I joined the torrus uploaders list and
uploaded .8 to Debian as well? Marc said on IRC he was fine with the
idea.
